The Basketball Hall of Fame and the Chris Paul Family Foundation are thrilled to announce the combined HBCU Basketball Event, set to take place at the Gateway Center Arena in College Park, GA on December 18th and 19th, 2025. This dynamic event will feature two competitive brackets showcasing some of the finest talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

In the Division I bracket, fans can look forward to thrilling matchups between Hampton University, Grambling State University, Jackson State University, and Norfolk State University. These teams are known for their high-energy play and skilled athletes, promising an exciting display of basketball prowess.

The Division II bracket will highlight the remarkable talents of Clark Atlanta University, Fayetteville State University, Lincoln University, and Morehouse College. These teams will have the opportunity to shine and demonstrate their skills and teamwork.
